Creating a Living Space for Extraordinary and Self-Quality Time

The Luxurious design by Stephy Teng stands out with its unique properties that deliver a peaceful and slow-paced sense. The interior is meticulously arranged with precise color and material combinations that are neither too weighty nor dull. The public area is adorned with wooden elements, including doors, flooring, and walls, to bring about a sense of steadiness. A marble-imitating white television wall is set up to echo with the blanked walls, creating a harmonious atmosphere. Furnishings in grey colors are strategically placed to create contrast between dark and light, resulting in a heart-warming ambiance.

The realization of the Luxurious design incorporates laminate floorings, marble-imitating materials, laminate hard plastic sheets, and mirrors. The main theme of this interior is modern steadiness, achieved by combining ecological colors with wooden elements, grey mirrors, marble-imitating surface materials, and shades of grey. These layers within the space emit a warm and elegant feeling, creating a truly luxurious environment.

The Luxurious design boasts a 37-ping residence equipped with three bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms. The interior is decorated in a steady and simple tonal, mixed with modern elements and several materials to layer the space and create a deep yet elegant spatial feeling.

Key tags for the Luxurious design include modern and steady, drawing in natural lightings, ecological colors, selected furnishings, and modeling lightings. The design team, led by Stephy Teng, meticulously balanced various styles, materials, and colors to cater to the individual ideas of each user's private rooms. The result is an interior with an ecological tonal as the base color, complemented by wooden materials, silk furnishings, lightings, and Morandi blue colors to create softness and richness. Ample cabinets are also incorporated to provide users with high functionality.

The Luxurious design project took place in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, starting in June 2021 and finishing in September 2021. Extensive research was conducted to ensure the custom-made furnishings and particular style were seamlessly integrated into the newly-constructed space. The challenges faced during the design process included adjusting the spatial tonal and partitions to eliminate the towering feeling caused by evident column beams. Additionally, the use of black and grey mirrors was employed to increase overall brightness and transparency in areas with limited natural light.

The overall design of Luxurious exudes a European-like vibe through its low-key and Morandi colors. The public area features an ecological tonal as the base color, paired with wooden materials, black mirrors, and light grey furnishings. By utilizing materials in the same tonal range, a staggering and rich spatial feeling is achieved. Modeling lightings are strategically placed to decorate the interior, ensuring a steady vibe is maintained throughout the day and night.

The Luxurious design, created by Stephy Teng, has been recognized for its excellence and innovation. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2022 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
